Rough workmanship

I washed the car friday arvo and the sponge ripped apart when I washed the lower grill around the nudge bar. I checked out what was was the issue...... Poor workmanship!!
Ive sent an email to where the car was picked up from telling them to replace the panel.

Wow, that's terrible! I hope they fix it promptly.

My Toyota dealer totally cocked up my towbar install too.
I check everything these days to make sure it's done properly. It's so rare to get good quality work done

Looks like I'm going to have to check things very carefully when I pick up my GX with dealer-fitted towbar, snorkel and steel bullbar.

the front grill on mine was mangled where they cut it to fit the bullbar
