  • Wandering Crusade

Has anyone notice the tendency for the Crusade to wander slightly at highway speeds? I'm forever making slight steering wheel adjustments whick can get a bit tedious. Could it be tyres or pressure?
I have factory Michelin Latitude H/T.
    Thanks Graham

i dont think the tyres are doing it . most likely the variable power steering is a bit too light , and should have less assistance at that speed.

I've a GX & in the last 6 mths driven from Sydney thru NSW, SA up to Darwin & back, & Sydney thru Vic, onto the Ferry & to Tassie & back home. Lots of highway speed driving in that time with no issues.

My GXL does thesame thing. It wanders left to right and all over the road. I came from a 5' lifted suzuki on 32s so im used to it. It cant be right for a stock car? It seemed to get worse when i fitted my bullbar, brush bars and side steps. It stiffened the front end up alot and changed the handling.

            Mine wanders also...

I have also noticed there dosent appear to be a uniform highway tyre fitted to he Crusade I have seen 4 different types of factory tyres fitted to the Crusade, mine are Dunlop Grandtrek PT. I see Michelin fitted to olvansta. Seems odd!

I have no idea what that picture is, and I looked at the link and it talks about replacing the shocks...
                    Is it a suspension issue?
