Some good news! TJM have started to put up some of their gear on their website.

Hopefully this will put fire under some of the other manufacturers to get their products out!

Waiting to see other alloy bar offerings that come up. Not completely sold on the genuine bar.
Would like something with a bit of "depth" to the bar so I don't have to replace my Hella 4000's.

The snorkel looks different than the one on show/demo vehicle.. Bullbar is different too but I guess that's the steel version

Thought was onto a winner as I put a post onto TJM's Facebook page when they showed the Alloy bar being built for the Fortuner asking when would be available.
Was advised that the web page was being updated, but to call my local dealer/TJM store and that they could be able to advise the price.
Rang TJM Caboolture and spoke to someone there - VERY good to deal with, who had to check up on it... He rang and spoke to the engineer developing it and he told him that would be about another 1 1/2 months away at this stage as still undergoing testing. Bit of a shame, but bit more of an idea.

On bull bars, we have been told that if we go the factory that the bar is about $850 but that they have to REPLACE the bumper which is $2900??? (total $3750).
This doesn't sound right to me as TJM said that they will be doing a cut to the existing bumper (like they usually do) and that he estimates that the price for the bar will be $2500 + $400 fitting = $2900

Can anyone tell me if that is right about the factory bar? or has there been a miscommunication somewhere? As if that is the case, I will be waiting the 2 months or so to get the TJM bar!

Have since had further discussion with the dealer (not the salary sacrifice person) and the $850 (plus GST) is actually the nudge bar, and the $2900 (plus GST) is the full alloy - NON WINCH - bar.

I think i may hold out for the TJM bar instead of going for the factory bar.
I am hoping that they will have a bit more room for my Hella spotlights that i have from my old Hilux.

I was told just under $1300 for Deluxe Commercial bar and just under $2000 fitted with fog lamps. I have a GX so I don't have existing fog lamps.
