ID:	20433 Looking at giving my 4x2 forty a lift just for the additional clearance and some style points to complement my 80 series LC.

as this is my first time lifting an IFS I’d like to know what needs to be done aside from the shocks and coils. I already have bilstein shocks and looking to put in tough dog coils as well. I will be placing the tough dog coils from the prev gen forty (2005-2015) since its shorter than the current model coils of the forty to try and get that 1-1.2” lift.

will i be needing a driveline/center bearing spacer as well or will this be a simple plug and play kind of day? Thanks much! Cheers!

I put OE height Toughdog springs upfront and adjusted the bilstein spring seat up by an inch.

rear had the 300kg constant load springs. And man they’re hard! I get a jarring drop most of the time from big holes on the road or speed bumps unless I go slow.

i got 60mm lift up front now and 40mm in the rear passenger and 20mm in the rear drivers side
