Roof rack power

Hey Guys

I am going to go ahead and put some work and offroad lights on my rack, and was wondering how other have run cabling up to the roof?

i have side facing camp lights ( LED ) , and ran the wiring from the rear jack compartment , up under the rubber seal / trim , then next to the hinge and then to the roof racks under the roof rubber strip.

no photos sorry. if you peel off the rubber tailgate seal you will see a gap under the plastics which is perfect for running wires
