Front Aircon not cold; rear is okay

Hi all, my 2016 Fortuner (new body) started to act up late last year. the front vents suddenly did not blow cold. However, the rear vents were blowing cold air. Took it to a dealer and they just disconnected the battery and then reconnected it after 10 minutes and it went back to normal. Yesterday, same thing happened. so, i tried the disconnect/reconnect routine but no luck this time. Has anyone experienced this? what was the fix? By the way, I'm in manila, Philippines.
