Hi awarenica,
The only suspension that I know of at the moment is the Ironman offering. A good offering and they get good reviews from other users on other vehicles

(assumption steel bar is used, but they do have kits for no bullbar fitted and alloys)

I went with OME, using the (basic lift) set up recommended to me. My GX has rear drawers & tools in them 24/7, the fridge & camping gear only go in when going away. Surprisingly, I have rear sag due to the weight in the drawers. Now I've got to get that upgraded to get the rear up.
I had Bilstein shocks on my Patrol for about 10 years before the rear set had to be changed. The front shocks were changed about 2yrs after that, & I went with Pedders for both changes.
As mentioned by a fellow Fortuner blogger, when getting a shock/spring upgrade, be mindful of all the gear; water, food, spares, & people weight etc you take on trips, & set the upgrade up to suit.
