rear locker on demand kit

I saw this unit advertised this morning , must be fairly new to the market and so far much cheaper than the others ive seen. 100% plug and play , so therefore can be moved to your next Fortuner / Hilux. Ive thought about making something like this for a while but for that price i wouldnt bother.
